Full bio: Therapy has had a meaningful impact on my own life, and over time I found myself wanting to support the people who provide that work in a way that fits my strengths. Setting up systems, creating structure, and making things run smoothly is what I do best, so specializing in this field felt like a natural direction.

My background is in operations and project management, and I’m naturally drawn to finding better ways to do things. I like understanding how the pieces connect, noticing what needs to be simplified, and creating systems that are clear, practical, and sustainable in real day-to-day work. Interestingly, my academic background is in Italian Language and Literature. While it might seem a world away from operations, it’s where I developed my appreciation for clear communication, and the kind of deep focus that I now bring to my administrative work.

Whether I’m organizing your files or drafting a client email, I do it with care and an eye for detail.

Through my certification at Virtually Irreplaceable, I’ve gained a deep understanding of therapists' unique needs - from the critical importance of data confidentiality to the specific rhythm of a private practice. I know that your admin needs aren’t just about "getting things done," but about maintaining the professional and discreet environment your clients rely on. I value integrity, clear communication, and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving.

Outside of work, I’m someone who enjoys learning, growing, and staying curious. I love when work feels meaningful and aligned with the people I support. If you’re looking for someone to take the admin off your plate so you can stay focused on your clients, I’d love to connect and see how I can support your practice!
