I’ve worked with therapists in Private Practice since 2016 and have taken all that experience to create Virtually Irreplaceable.

Over this time I have worked with dozens of therapists helping them set up their Practice management systems, get streamlined and organised and feel more confident with tech.

My niche (or superpower) is to be able to look at processes or workflows and be able to streamline them to work more efficiently saving both time and money. If there’s a system that can be put in place or a quicker way of doing something, I will find it.

I love working with overwhelmed therapists and turning that overwhelm into calmness and confidence. Whether you work with me for 60 minutes, a full day, over weeks on an online set up or on-going with my amazing team this is what I want for you!

How much will it cost?

The investment for a 6 hour VIP day is £500

The hours we will work together are 9am - 12pm then 1pm - 4pm (we still need to eat and get some sun right?!

Here’s what’s included:

Once the application is accepted you will be offered a free 30 minute planning call to go over the finer details

The 6 hour VIP Day itself where I’ll complete the tasks you’ve set out. My intention is that we will both be on the zoom call whilst I’m working. This is so you can understand the system(s) I’m setting up so you can use them yourself. This can be discussed on the planning call and if you’d only like to be on the call part of the time that’s totally fine!

Is this right for me?

If you are a therapist in Private Practice there will definitely be something I can do for you. If you're unsure what is best for you, book a discovery call and we can discuss you're situation.

How much time will this take?

The benefit of working with me directly 1:1 is that you will book the exact amount of time it will take to set everything up. Whether that's 60 minutes or a full day.

What exactly do I get?

This depends on the service you choose but if you require more in depth details please contact me on kim@virtuallyirreplaceable.co.uk and I'll send you full details of your chosen service.

Do you outsource any work?

Not for the services on this page! They are all completed by me with you on Zoom.

If I book today, how much do I pay?

For the 60 minute servies we require payment on booking and yu'll be able to do this once you have chosen your date. For the VIP day we take 100% payment after the application has been approved.

What happens after I book?

For 60 Minute Services: After you book you will pay your invoice and be sent an appointment confirmation. We will have our call on the day and time chosen. For the VIP day everything is outlined above in how does it work.

Are you able to advise me on best practice and what works well for other people to help me make decisions about what I need?

Yes definitely! This is exactly what we offer.

I’m terrified of technology, once we’ve worked together am I on my own?

Firstly my job is to reassure you about all the tech systems. I only recommend and set up tried and trusted systems. You will be given full training on each of them and access to videos that will answer the majority of the questions you may have when you start to use them yourself. If you’d prefer us to manage the admin of your practice for you we can discuss this at any point.

If I already have tech and don’t want to change it, can you help me streamline my processes?

That’s a good question and definitely worth a discovery call but we usually will only work with therapists that want us to set up their systems for processes for them.

Do I need a website to work with you?

It is beneficial to have a domain if you want a professional email address but a website is not necessary. HOWEVER if you’d like a website made we can recommend some great designers.

Can you work within my budget or help me to work out what I need to introduce first and then schedule things in to spread the cost?

If you’re new to Private Practice it can be an expense to put systems and processes in place with little or no clients. I can assure you that by going through one of our online setups you will spend far less time on your admin and feel more confident to take on new clients.
