I’m Kim and I work primarily with therapists in Private Practice.

I took a break from working in 2014 when I had my son, 7 years later he has a little sister and I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for the past 5 years. I founded Virtually Irreplaceable in Aug 2020 after working as a VA and wanting to expand how I worked with therapists in Private Practice.
My niche (or superpower) is to be able to look at processes or workflows and be able to streamline them to work more efficiently saving both time and money. If there’s a system that can be put in place or a quicker way of doing something, I will find it.
I have worked with therapists in Private Practice for over 5 years. I have gained lots of knowledge and developed a reliable method for running private practices.
Although each practice is different and unique there are some key elements to running it successfully and with minimal admin headache!
My focus is getting therapists online and that is true even if you work face to face with your clients. Having the right systems and processes in place will ensure your private practice is professional.
It will give your clients the confidence to work with you and stay with you for longer. It will mean you get paid on time and in a way that suits you.
I want to remove the obstacle of technology by giving you my tried and tested systems for Private Practice.
